Reiki and Energy Services
Energy is all around us and within us. A vibration pattern within nature that is reflected upon each of us and our signature energy pattern that we reflect back to the world. We can have too much energy, too little or unbalanced patterns in our chakras. Reiki ignites the chi within for balance, centeredness and wholeness.
Reiki
Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow, known as Chi. This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.
As a reiki practitioner, I help clients reduce their stress and anxiety and help them to find their balance.

Clients will be seated or laying on the reiki table for the session. Distance sessions are also available and very effective!

Cost: $150 or $90 for a half hour
Crystal Therapy
Crystal therapy added to an energy healing session, helps clients to feel calm, relaxed and renewed.

Crystals are individually chosen for each client that resonate with their energy and are placed over them during the reiki/energy session.
​
Crystals have long been used to align personal energy, within the chakra and aura, to mediate the feelings or displacement the client is feeling, to thus achieve a more balanced and unified energy.
